VOCATIONAL TRAINING and ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

Current vocational programs focus on our older CRI Kids: 1) Soap making and marketing; 2) Beautician & Barbering, 3) Tailoring; and Bread Making. (They learn how to care for customers, handle cash, pay expenses, bank, and prepare reports.) We desire to expand these programs to include young adults from the Community.

We are also excited to have begun an Economic Development Program in 2024. We have purchased a truck, motorbike, and 3 acres of land. Soon our young adults will be able to work alongside a more experienced mentor. In addition to teaching life skills and a knowledge of the business; we wish to employ our neighbors and generate some income to offset some of our ministry expenses.

FOR MEDICAL ASSISTANCE

Rev. SKG-Kparblee District Health Care Center is in a very remote area in the Kparblee District. More than 22,000 adults and children have very little access to medical care in this densely jungled area. Others are traveling from the Ivory Coast and cross the often dangerous Cestos River to receive care.

Our Clinic Staff do their best to provide quality care that is supported by Patient Fees, but the very limited financial means of the people make this difficult. Your gifts will help them purchase medications, tests, and other consumable supplies.

  • Children’s Home and Foster Care (38 Kids live with us and 1 lives with a Foster Family.)

  • King of Glory Mission School (Pre-K thru 12th Grade Community School.) 400+ students are enrolled!

  • International Outreach Ministries Church (Our Kids and Staff worship with community members and share the Good News of Jesus Christ with many!)

  • Vocational Training Program (Barbering, Beautician, Soap Making/Marketing, Tailoring, and Bread Making.)

  • Rev. SKG-Kparblee District Medical Clinic (Our clinic is in the very remote and under served, Kparblee District.)

  • Economic Development Program (Address a known need; employ people; and provide vocational training.)
